1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through www.nevoa-zurich.ch.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Offer and Contract

The product listings in our online shop do not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the item(s). You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in CHF inkl. VAT.
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g. credit card, etc.).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within Switzerland.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders within Switzerland.
Orders are shipped with Swiss Post, usually within 2–5 working days after payment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with evtl. tracking details.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If this isn’t the case, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of our products. In case of shipping damage, responsibility lies with Swiss Post.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
